《哈佛國際評論》是什麽(me) ？

哈佛國際評論 Harvard International Review(簡稱HIR)創刊於(yu) 1979年，從(cong) 學者、領導人和政策製定者的角度提供對國際事務的見解。哈佛國際評論的每一期都包括國際領先人物的獨家采訪和社論，以及對關(guan) 鍵國際問題的專(zhuan) 家分析。

關(guan) 於(yu) HIR比賽

《哈佛國際評論》中學生學術寫(xie) 作挑戰賽Harvard International Review Academic Writing Competition是由《哈佛國際評論》舉(ju) 辦，麵向全球9-12年級中學生的學術寫(xie) 作競賽。

比賽形式

比賽邀請全球9-12年級的高中生提交一篇關(guan) 於(yu) 國際事務主題的簡短文章，參賽學生以某個(ge) 關(guan) 乎人類未來共同命運的本土或國際問題為(wei) 主題寫(xie) 一篇800-1200（不包括圖表、數據表或作者聲明）英文單詞的學術文章。由《哈佛國際評論》期刊編輯、哈佛學者組成的評委會(hui) 評審。

晉級決(jue) 賽者將受邀參加線上學術答辯會(hui) （Virtual HIR Defense Day），獲得評審團反饋意見，部分優(you) 秀作品將獲得《哈佛國際評論》的表彰提名及發表。

2023年秋季 / 2024年冬季

提交截止日期：2023年1月2日

Defense Day：2024年2月5日

中國學生截止注冊(ce) 日期：2023年11月30日

注意：HIR每年3次，春季、夏季、秋冬季

獎項設置

所有提交的作品都將獲得哈佛國際評論的字母等級。獲得及格成績但沒有資格參加HIR的參賽者將獲得嘉獎。根據他們(men) 在HIR的初步成績和表現，決(jue) 賽選手將有資格獲得以下獎牌。

All Participants: HIR Digital Subscription

Commendation: HIR Certificate

Bronze Medal: HIR Certificate and name listed on website

Silver Medal: HIR Certificate, name listed on website and 1-year HIR print subscription

Gold Medal: HIR Certificate, name and paper linked on website and 2-year HIR print subscription

所有評分和獎勵決(jue) 定均為(wei) 最終決(jue) 定。

參賽資格

美國：在美國就讀9到12年級的學生，或者是在海外就讀高中的美國公民/合法永久居民。

國際生：可以參加，提交的內(nei) 容應以英語和傳(chuan) 統的美式拚寫(xie) 書(shu) 寫(xie) 。

比賽費用

參賽費用為(wei) 1,480元/隊（可單人或組隊參加，每隊不超過兩(liang) 人），費用包括賽事注冊(ce) 費、評審費、配套課程、線上答辯、HIR期刊訂閱、證書(shu) 製作、提名認證服務，必須先注冊(ce) 並付款，然後才能提交文章。

評分標準

比賽滿分55分，分為(wei) 內(nei) 容與(yu) 選題和風格與(yu) 規範兩(liang) 大項。

其中內(nei) 容與(yu) 選題部分占30分，包含選題、文章引入、結構與(yu) 過渡、論據使用、論據分析、論證的整體(ti) 連貫性六個(ge) 小項，每小項5分。

風格與(yu) 規範部分占25分，包含文章語氣與(yu) 基調、拚寫(xie) 標點與(yu) 語法、是否遵守《哈佛國際評論寫(xie) 作風格指引》、文獻引用的規範性、是否易於(yu) 閱讀五個(ge) 小項，每小項5分。
