IPO競賽介紹

International Philosophy Olympiad（IPO）國際哲學奧林匹克競賽於(yu) 1993年正式成立舉(ju) 辦，麵向全球對哲學感興(xing) 趣的高中生。自2001年起，IPO由FISP國際哲學團體(ti) 聯合會(hui) （International Federation of Philosophical Societies）和 UNESCO聯合國教科文組織聯合舉(ju) 辦。每年5月份在不同的參賽國家舉(ju) 辦賽事。

參加IPO的目的

推進中學生的哲學教育，提高中學生對哲學的興(xing) 趣;

鼓勵在全世界範圍內(nei) 開展全國性、區域性和地方性的哲學競賽;

促進批判性、探究性和創造性思維的發展;

促進對科學、藝術和社會(hui) 生活的哲學反思;

培養(yang) 對現代世界問題進行倫(lun) 理反思的能力;

通過鼓勵不同國家的年輕人之間的知識交流和確保個(ge) 人接觸的機會(hui) ，促進和平文化。

2018年3月20日下午IPO國際哲學奧林匹克競賽上海項目組委會(hui) 正式成立，由上海市校外教育協會(hui) 等四方合作組成，針對哲學有興(xing) 趣的高中學生開展相關(guan) 活動，包括在高中生中開展基於(yu) IPO的學生哲學社團、哲學 IP、哲學課程建設、師生課程培訓、夏冬令營集訓、參加區域及國際賽事學生選拔等。

至此，IPO在國內(nei) 的關(guan) 注度逐年攀升，且得以有機會(hui) 代表國家參加IPO的中國學生均被世界名校錄取。因此，若你對哲學感興(xing) 趣，備賽IPO將是你的不二選擇。

IPO競賽規則

IPO基本規則

1.IPO管理組織由以下四個(ge) 委員會(hui) 組成

The International Committee：由所有已經舉(ju) 辦過IPO國家的代表組成

The Steering Board：由UNESCO的代表，FISP主席及兩(liang) 位FISP的代表和

The National Organizing Committee：每年的IPO舉(ju) 辦國成立

The International Jury：由所有delegation leaders以及teachers組成（其中每個(ge) 國家2位包含delegation leaders，但上一屆主辦國可以選3位）

每個(ge) 競賽年的3月1日前，每個(ge) 代表隊隊長需要提交一份競賽題目topic的提議上交至the Secretary General of FISP

參賽方式以essay形式參加，每個(ge) 學生需要從(cong) 4個(ge) 可供選擇的topics題目內(nei) 選擇一個(ge) 完成ESSAY，Essay必須由以下English, German, French, Spanish四個(ge) IPO官方語言之一完成，但是不能用參賽學生國家的官方語言完成，比如德國的學生不可以使用德語，寫(xie) 作完成時間為(wei) 4個(ge) 小時作者的名字和信息都將被重新編碼以防止被人猜測，直到最後排名出來時才可以顯示。

Essay評分標準

所有學生的評判基本規則為(wei) 以下幾個(ge) 要點

relevance to the topic

philosophical understanding of the topic

persuasive power of argumentation

coherence

originality

每篇essay以1-10個(ge) 點評分，7分以上的essay可以用5來評判分數

5-10分表示I suggest this essay for the next stage我建議這篇文章可以進入下一輪

6-7分表示I myself don’t suggest this essay, but I will agree if somebody else selects this essay我個(ge) 人不推薦這篇文章，但是如果他人推薦了這篇文章我沒有異議

1-5分表示I suggest that this essay should not be accepted for the next stage我不推薦這篇文章進入下一輪評選

所有文章的初步評選均由4個(ge) 評委打分，如果評委間的打分差距超過3分，則需要由第五位評委打分。所有的essay分數由各位評委的均分決(jue) 定，初步評選將所有7分以上的論文選入下一輪。

第二輪評分將由2位單獨的評委打分，所有essay的最終分由第一階段所有評委的打分以及第二階段2位評分的打分總和的平均分決(jue) 定。第二階段打分結束後將由評委選擇最棒的文章進入最後一輪打分，本輪沒有數量的限製。

最後階段由the Steering Board評出排名或獎項

注意：

?英語為(wei) IPO官方工作交流語言，所以要有所有參與(yu) 人員至少可以使用英語交流。

?任何形式的作弊或不法行為(wei) 都將被禁止

?每年10月1日前將由the National Organizing Committee主席公布IPO具體(ti) 時間等更多細節可參考IPO官方

IPO曆年競賽主題

每年主辦國可以選定不同的奧賽主題，但是這些主題僅(jin) 用於(yu) 開展相關(guan) 的講座等，並不直接影響每年競賽論文的題目。所有競賽的題目都跟不同的哲學理論相關(guan) 。

IPO獎項設置

獎項將分為(wei) golden, silver, and bronze, and honorable mention四等級。The Steering Committee 也可能給予每個(ge) category裏多位獲獎

申請時間

2021IPO競賽時間：2021年5月21日-24日在裏斯本舉(ju) 辦

申請要求

麵向全球的高中生或大學生，官方對學生的要求為(wei) “either at the time of the competition, or, in countries where the school year ends in December in the year before, or earlier than May the same year, even if they are enrolled at a university at the time of the IPO”，但是最大年齡不能超過20歲

每個(ge) 國家參加者僅(jin) 1-2位，競賽主辦國可以有不超過10個(ge) 參賽學生

每年參加IPO的學生都需要經過各國全國性的哲學競賽的選拔，或其他任意特殊情況均須由IPO官方同意。
