每年，John Locke Institute 都會(hui) 吸引來自世界各地的優(you) 秀中學生參與(yu) 這場高水平的學術寫(xie) 作競賽。

作為(wei) 全球最負盛名的中學生論文競賽之一，John Locke 寫(xie) 作比賽不僅(jin) 考驗選手的邏輯思辨、批判性思維和學術表達能力，更是申請頂尖大學時極具分量的學術競賽之一。

2025 年的比賽放題已經正式公布，今年的題目涵蓋哲學、經濟學、曆史、政治、心理學、法律和神學等多個(ge) 學科方向，每一道題目都引導學生深入思考現實世界中的複雜問題。

哲學｜Philosophy

Q1. What moral obligations do we owe to living persons that we do not owe to future persons? What are the implications of your answer for policy-making?

注冊(ce) 截止：2025年5月31日

提交截止：2025年6月30日

逾期參賽截止時間：2025年7月7日或7月21日

入圍公布：2025年7月31日

學術會(hui) 議：2025年10月3日至5日

頒獎晚宴：2025年10月4日

2、適合學生

任何國家的學生都可以參加。在截止提交日期2025年6月30日前，參賽者須年滿18歲或以下。

Junior獎的選手年齡要求是必須在14歲或以下。

3、文章要求

每篇文章隻能討論所選擇的學科類別中的一個(ge) 問題，但可以在不同領域中提交多篇文章，每篇不得超過2000字（不包括圖表、數據表、腳注、參考書(shu) 目或作者聲明）

提交論文要通過John Locke官網的鏈接，需要將文檔改成PDF格式提交，標題要遵循名字、姓氏、學科、問題編號的順序。

4、賽事獎項

☞Grand Prize：獲得John Locke Institute10,000美元的青年榮譽獎學金，可用於(yu) 參加學院一個(ge) 或多個(ge) summer school或gap year課程。

☞學科領域獎：每個(ge) 學科選出一個(ge) 最佳作品，可獲得2000美元獎學金，用於(yu) 覆蓋John Locke學院任何課程的費用。

☞入圍獎：年度各領域的優(you) 秀文章獲得High Commendation入圍獎。

優(you) 質論文將會(hui) 收到推薦和提名，提名名單將於(yu) 7月31日（GMT）公布。

提名者將會(hui) 在10月份受邀到牛津參加邀請製學術會(hui) 議和晚宴，同時將會(hui) 公布冠軍(jun) 和一二三等獎（參會(hui) 和晚宴費用自費，自願參加）。

所有入圍的參賽者和獲獎者，都可以下載電子證書(shu) 。如果參賽者獲得一等獎、二等獎或三等獎，並前往倫(lun) 敦參加頒獎晚宴，則將會(hui) 收到一份簽名證書(shu) 。
