People have long debated whether parental and teacher restrictions are beneficial to the development of children. Some argue that adhering to the rules prevents juvenile delinquency and facilitates a relatively bright future, while others argue that obedient children may suffer breakdown due to unpredicted challenges. Both theories are credible to varying degrees. When the two are combined at the right level, parents can figure out what the key is and help their child be healthy.

The notable influence of parental and educational discipline on children, particularly during their formative years, requires no further elaboration. Some desirable habits and conduct standards, such as respecting the elderly and not stealing, should be strictly adhered to by the younger generation because they reflect righteousness and contribute to the world's basic order. It may be hard to explain to young children why they must comply with these strict restrictions, but once they comprehend how dreadful it is to violate them, they will be grateful to their parents and teachers for keeping them on track.

Others argue that extreme conformity during adolescence robs a person of the ability to think independently, which may result in a lack of creativity in the future. When students live in a setting where authority and rules are paramount, they lose their initiative and creativity because they are constantly held to the strictest standards of flawlessness. In addition, the longer they are subject to their teachers' and parents' desires, the less capable they will be of making independent decisions. They will be perceived as incompetent once they enter society and begin a career if they do not learn to think critically and prioritise their own opinions. This may compromise their confidence and future progress.

In conclusion, it is essential to be strict and establish rules for children in order for them to develop a correct worldview and an ethical perspective so that good habits formed in childhood will benefit them throughout their lives. As teenagers mature, however, they should be allowed to think independently and understand the consequences of their actions. This is the only way for kids to get used to being on their own and make a smooth transition into adulthood.
