3月14日，成都狄邦肯思學校迎來了一場別具一格的國際圓周率日慶祝活動。從(cong) 創意DIY到趣味闖關(guan) ，整個(ge) 校園沉浸在數學的魅力之中。

1、趣味預熱：DIY數學服飾

早在寒假，學生們(men) 就接到了特別任務——利用舊衣物或可回收物品，DIY一套富含數學元素的服裝。家長們(men) 也積極參與(yu) ，和孩子們(men) 一起動手創作。這不僅(jin) 增強了家庭互動，更為(wei) Pi Day增添了一份獨特的儀(yi) 式感。

2、小學部：7大挑戰玩轉數學

小學部根據年齡特點設置了低段與(yu) 高段7個(ge) 關(guan) 卡：

細節大咖：口算+觀察力找不同

記憶大師：圖片匹配，考驗記憶力

單詞迷宮：數學與(yu) 英語學科聯動

摩天大樓：撲克牌搭建挑戰

同心擊鼓：團隊合作擊球

串珠π對：數字與(yu) 色彩配對

彩色速遞：戶外團隊協作

穿著DIY服飾的學生們(men) ，還在某個(ge) 關(guan) 卡收獲了驚喜小禮物。整個(ge) 活動不僅(jin) 鍛煉了學生們(men) 的觀察力和團隊協作能力，還讓他們(men) 在輕鬆愉快的氛圍中學習(xi) 了數學知識。

3、中學部：解鎖8間數學挑戰教室

中學部的學生們(men) 則通過以下挑戰，深入感受數學的奧妙：Pi元素T恤設計，數學家角色扮演，Pi在藝術中的運用，Pi歌吟唱，圓桌拆繩子大戰，數學謎題層層升級，邊跳繩邊背誦勾股數，魯班鎖解密挑戰。

在“圓桌拆繩子大戰”中，12個(ge) 團隊僅(jin) 2個(ge) 成功戰勝老師，現場氣氛緊張又歡樂(le) 。學生們(men) 不僅(jin) 挑戰了數學思維，還鍛煉了身體(ti) 協調性和團隊合作精神。

4、數學，不止於(yu) 計算

從(cong) 創意服飾到團隊闖關(guan) ，Pi Day讓學生們(men) 在動手與(yu) 思考中感受數學的趣味。教師們(men) 也為(wei) 最佳服飾的學院加分，鼓勵每位學生為(wei) 自己的學院貢獻力量。

On March 14th, Dipont KCS Chengdu hosted a unique celebration for International Pi Day. From creative DIY projects to engaging challenges, the entire campus was immersed in the charm of mathematics.

1、Fun Warm-Up: DIY Math Costumes

As early as the winter break, students were given a special task—to create a set of math-themed outfits using old clothes or recyclable materials. Parents actively participated, working alongside their children to bring these creative ideas to life. This not only enhanced family bonding but also added a unique ceremonial touch to Pi Day.

2、Primary School :Seven Exciting Math Challenges

The primary school designed seven challenges tailored to different age groups:

Devil’s in the Details: Mental math and observation-based spot-the-difference game

Memory Maestro: Image matching to test memory skills

Word Maze: A collaboration between math and English subjects

Skyscraper: Card tower building challenge

Beat It: Teamwork drum challenge

Pi Bracelet: Number and color matching activity

Colour Band: Outdoor teamwork relay

Dressed in their DIY math-themed outfits, students were delighted to receive surprise gifts at one of the stations. The entire event not only enhanced their observation skills and teamwork but also allowed them to learn math concepts in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

3、Secondary School: Unlocking Eight Math Challenge Classrooms

Secondary school students explored the wonders of mathematics through the following challenges: Pi-themed T-shirt design, mathematician role-play, Pi in art, Pi song singing, rope untangling battle, advanced math puzzle-solving, reciting Pythagorean triples while skipping rope, and solving the Luban Lock puzzle.

In the "Round Table Rope Untangling Battle," only two out of the twelve teams succeeded in defeating the teachers. The atmosphere was both tense and lively. The students not only challenged their mathematical thinking but also honed their physical coordination and teamwork skills.

4、Mathematics is more than just computation

Pi Day brought math to life through creative costumes and team challenges. Teachers rewarded the best costumes, encouraging students to contribute to their academy’s success.

Pi Day at KCS sparked students' love for math, transforming it from abstract symbols into a creative and fun exploration filled with laughter and discovery.
