賈莉莉女士加盟成都狄邦肯思學校 出任集團副總裁

2025年春天，狄邦管理團隊將迎來又一位國際教育資深人士，在此狄邦教育集團正式宣布：賈莉莉女士於(yu) 2025年3月31日加盟狄邦教育，出任狄邦教育集團副總裁。

賈莉莉女士浸潤於(yu) 教育行業(ye) 32年，職業(ye) 生涯橫跨公立教育、雙語教育和國際教育三大領域，職場角色從(cong) 公立學校一線教師成長為(wei) 中國知名國際學校、高度國際化雙語學校的管理者，並參與(yu) 多所國際學校或雙語學校的治理、建設和認證，是這個(ge) 行業(ye) 的見證者，更是推動者之一。其職業(ye) 軌跡如同中國基礎教育國際化進程的一個(ge) 生動注解，充分展示了個(ge) 人發展與(yu) 行業(ye) 變遷的相互映照。

賈莉莉女士先後擔任過多所國際學校、國際化雙語學校的管理者，但其作為(wei) 國際文憑項目的教育者和先驅，積極踐行項目長達26年，為(wei) 她的教育理想繪製了底色——她曆任亞(ya) 太區研討會(hui) 駐場代表、評估官，項目顧問以及認證考評團隊領導，主持工作坊以及亞(ya) 太區IB項目及其和CIS/WASC/NEASC聯合訪問等國際教育認證工作逾百次，賈莉莉女士毫不諱言自己對IB體(ti) 係的推崇與(yu) 認可，以及她在這個(ge) 體(ti) 係踐行過程中得到的豐(feng) 厚滋養(yang) 。

IB體(ti) 係進入中國二十多年，全人教育理念深入人心，豐(feng) 富了中國國際教育的內(nei) 涵，也為(wei) 中國基礎教育的變革帶來更多的思考與(yu) 借鑒。狄邦教育集團從(cong) 2003年起涉足A-Level、IB和AP等國際高中課程領域，十年前踏上了舉(ju) 辦高度國際化K-12民辦學校的征程，對於(yu) 中外教育融合、不同課程體(ti) 係的融會(hui) 貫通，以及探索全人教育理念下幫助學生實現個(ge) 性化成長，狄邦有著自己的理解與(yu) 實踐。

Dipont Education Group has been a committed player in China’s international education arena for over two decades, witnessing the development and changes of the international education in China which is closely tied with the era we live in. While exploring with persistence the in-depth integration of the Chinese and western education, Dipont has been very active in finding and attracting industry experts to join us and together make a difference by honoring our pledge to a high-quality holistic education in China.

This spring, we are welcoming onboard another seasoned industry expert to join the management team of Dipont. Here, Dipont Education Group officially announces that Mdm. Jia Lili will join the company on march 31 as Vice President of the Group.

Mdm. Jia Lili has enjoyed an immersive hands-on experience in the education sector for 32 years, celebrating an exciting and rewarding career spanning public, bilingual and international education. She started as a teacher in a public school and has now grown to senior management in leading international and bilingual schools in China, making her not only a witness but also a significant contributor as she has engaged in governance, growth and accreditation of various bilingual and international schools. It is fair to say that Mdm. Jia’s career trajectory is a vivid annotation of the internationalization of China’s basic education.

Despite her managerial role in the bilingual and international schools, Mdm. Jia Lili, as an educator and pioneer of the International Baccalaureate programmes, has been actively practicing the program for 26 years, taking up such roles as workshop leader, senior examiner, School Authorization Visiting Team leader and IB chair for multi-programme, CIS/WASC/NEASC Synchronized visits. Mdm. Jia Lili does not shy away from her recognition of the IB program, as she herself is a true beneficiary in the process of delivering IB.

The IB program, rolled out in China more than twentyyears ago, has helped the concept of holistic education find its way into the hearts and mind of the Chinese people, enriching what we offer in China's international education and what we could do differently in reforming China's basic education. Dipont Education Group embarked on this journey since 2003 when we introduced the international high school programs such as A-Level, IB and AP, followed by our effort to establish K-12 independent schools ten years ago. Dipont has its own understanding and practice of integrating the best of the Chinese and Western education, as well as the best of different curricula, in an effort to achieve personalized growth for our students under the philosophy of holistic education.

Therefore, we are convinced that Mdm. Jia and Dipont are fully aligned when it comes to the future mission—to develop future leaders with global competence. The "three-dimensional international education model" she proposed lays equal emphasis on academic excellence, multi-cultural awareness and social responsibility, which is highly in sync with our strategic programs at the group level such as the comprehensive advanced development of the K-12 bilingual schools, STEAM innovation projects, and the Global Competence Development Center.
